In the Fall of 2004, LeCroy Corporation (NASDAQ: LCRY) completed its
acquisition of Computer Access Technology (CATC). CATC is now the Protocol
Solutions Group of LeCroy, dedicated to providing the most advanced protocol
analyzers and exercisers for the serial data community. This acquisition allows
LeCroy to extend its reach beyond the physical layer to the protocol layer, and
obtain growth through the increasing demand for serial data test solutions.
